This class is a gentle blend of mindful movement and deep relaxation. We begin with a slow flow sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and awareness in the body while moving at a pace that allows for mindful breathing and alignment. The practice then transitions to restorative poses, where we use props to fully support the body, allowing you to release tension and find deep breaths. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with their breath and body. Suitable for all levels.
This class will tentatively be held on the fourth Monday of each month, with the exception of major holidays.
