Kombucha
As part of our “Wild” nature, we like to create our own ferments. In doing so, we fell in love with Kombucha! The taste is wonderful and it is so healthy for you and your entire body. The joy of making it yourself is that you know what has gone into it and you get to flavor it! It really is easy, don’t let it intimidate you. I remember researching it, but being so intimidated that I just gave up before trying. Then, a month after giving up the thought, Sara asked me what I thought about us trying to do it. I told her I was too nervous of screwing it all up, but she seemed so confident! I tell you what, it couldn’t have been any easier! We’ve learned many lessons along the way and found many ways to make the process more efficient. It’s an exciting journey that you should totally try!
